Returns Policy
At VAMMORA, we work to offer carefully selected products. Due to the characteristics and dimensions of certain products, the conditions and costs associated with a return may vary depending on the product and the type of delivery.
- Return requests
To request a return, you must contact VAMMORA within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing pedidos@vammora.es.
Your request must include the order number and the information needed to identify the product. Shipments arranged independently to an address other than the one specified by VAMMORA will not be accepted. Once your request has been received, the VAMMORA team will explain the applicable return procedure, where appropriate.
- Return period
VAMMORA offers a voluntary return period of up to 30 calendar days from receipt of the order, provided that the product meets the conditions set out in this policy.
This voluntary return period is offered without prejudice to any statutory right of withdrawal available to the consumer under applicable law.
- Product condition
For a return under our voluntary policy to be accepted, the product must be kept in suitable condition and, wherever possible, in its original packaging.
Where the condition or handling of the product has reduced its value, VAMMORA may deduct the corresponding amount from the refund, where legally permitted.
For products requiring assembly, we recommend not assembling them until you have checked that the correct product has been received and that it has no apparent damage.
- Personalised or made-to-order products
Certain products may be made to order, configured to the customer’s specifications or personalised through the selection of certain features.
Where a product is legally excluded from the right of withdrawal due to its characteristics or degree of personalisation, this will be stated before the purchase is completed.
The conditions applicable to these products may differ from those applicable to standard products.
- Bulky products
Some items require specific transport arrangements due to their dimensions, weight or characteristics.
In these cases, the return procedure may require collection by a carrier designated by VAMMORA.
The customer will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product.
- Return costs
Unless VAMMORA expressly states otherwise or applicable law provides otherwise, the customer will bear the direct costs of a return made when exercising the right of withdrawal.
For bulky or special products, or products requiring specific transport arrangements, return costs may be higher than those for a standard parcel.
- Product inspection
Once a returned product has been received, VAMMORA may inspect its condition before determining the final refund amount, where such an inspection is necessary.
If damage, deterioration, missing parts or handling that has reduced the product’s value is identified, VAMMORA may make any deductions permitted by law.
- Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed.
Any amount paid for additional delivery services voluntarily selected by the customer beyond the standard delivery option offered by VAMMORA will not be refundable.
- Voluntary 30-day returns
Returns made outside the statutory withdrawal period will be subject to the conditions of VAMMORA’s voluntary returns policy.
VAMMORA may refuse a return under its voluntary policy if the product does not meet the conditions set out in this policy.
The voluntary 30-day return period does not extend or alter the consumer’s statutory guarantees or rights.
- Exchanges
VAMMORA does not guarantee the availability of direct product exchanges.
When an exchange is requested, VAMMORA may arrange the return of the original product and, where appropriate, ask the customer to place a new order.
The availability of the replacement product will depend on stock at the time the new order is placed.
- Promotional products
Products purchased through promotions, discounts or promotional codes will be subject to the same statutory obligations and rights as other products where applicable law so provides.
Specific conditions for certain promotions may be stated at the time of purchase.
- Statutory guarantee
Products sold by VAMMORA are subject to the consumer guarantees and rights established by applicable law.
If a product does not conform to the contract, the customer must contact VAMMORA so that we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy.
